Menu structure

We will suggest a menu structure that is in accordance with previous discussions and with appropriate sub menu pages where required. This is an area that could sometimes incur additional costs as clients may feel the need to add in additional pages , features and menu items over and above the original project scope .

Other page styles

We have a range of standard page styles for you to select and choose from to make your website informative but not cluttered and with nice clean designs that are visually appealing.

Elements

These are the little niceties that make the user experience engaging. From highlights to message boxes, progress bars, toggle buttons and tabs to name a few. Our designers will make suggestions for you to choose from and relevant to the concept that has been agreed upon.

Colours and fonts

We use over 600 Google preferred fonts to choose from and will no doubt find the correct font for your website. Colours play a key part in your company identity and so a range of different options are available.

Images

Image quality and style are an important aspect of the website design. Depending upon the website design package you have selected we will provide a set number of high definition images from our photo stock library. We encourage you to provide any other images requiring inclusion at this stage.

Feedback and review

Prior to signing off the final designs a review takes place to ensure all aspects of the original scope are included and any “out of scope” items are identified and costings agreed.

Final Designs

The final designs are agreed with any adjustments and tweaks to colours fonts and elements before final sign off and submission for build.

Go Live dates

At this stage once the final designs have been sign off we can then schedule the work with our build team and allocate our earliest estimated go live date based upon the simplicity or complexity of your website and other projects in the pipeline . Your nominated account manager will ensure that you are kept up to date with developments and any issues that may arrive during the build phase.
