The steps.
First step
Build & Test

As pages are built and content is added we shall test and present the completed pages for your review and feed back. We would also ask you to test with your staff members and report the feedback to the account manager.

Second step
Full Site review

Any fixes and changes that are considered within scope or chargeable variations are built into a final development stage ready for full testing and final closing adjustments.

Third step
Launch

Once full tested by the client the website will be ready for launch. We will work with your marketing team to agree the best date for “go live” and in accordance with our resources to ensure support is available on the launch date. The agreed launch date constitutes acceptance and completion of the contract.

Fourth step
Client customer feedback

We would love to hear from customers who are now using your brand-new website and welcome any feedback from them via the client.
